Who we Are

Seize the Initiative has been run by Rupert Greig.

Rupert first got into wargaming in 2001 when he got into Warhammer 40k. since then, he has played Warhammer Fantasy, Lord of the Rings, Necromunda, Star Wars X-wing and Star Trek Attack wing, But his real passion across the last decade or so has been Warhammer: The Horus Heresy.

In his time, Rupert has played Death Guard, Emperor’s children, Alpha Legion, Ultramarines, Mechanicum, Solar Auxilia and he owns several Forge World titans.

in 2023, following the covid pandemic, he started running Betrayal at Crawley events, these have typically been one day events for roughly 16 people and have ranged from Narrative days to Tournaments.
